Information for Parents & Students

 

We are so happy to have your child enrolled in our art classes. We hope that this will be a pleasant learning experience for each adult and child.

Some rules that we have are as follows:

1.        Tuition is to be paid in advance and is due at the first class of the month.  Even if your child is absent, you are responsible for getting the tuition to the teacher. If the tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.  There are no refunds for absences or dropouts.

 

2.        If for any reason you decide to drop your child from class, please be kind enough to let his/her teacher know in advance.  Also please pay all supply bills before withdrawing your child from class.

 

3.        Supplies: All start up supplies for 3rd thru 12th grade students must be paid for in advance.  Other necessary supplies will be charged to you and you will receive a bill at the end of the month.  The bill will be given to your child at the beginning of class, so please make sure you ask your child for the statement.

 

4.        Returned checks: There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.

 

5.        Dropping off your child: PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR CHILD OFF EARILER THEN 5 MINS. BEFORE CLASS. This does not apply to children riding the school bus. If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle until the appropriate time.

 

6.        Picking up your child: Please be prompt in picking up your child.  If you are late picking up your child and something drastic is preventing you from being on time, please call the teacher to let her know what is going on. If no call is made you will be charged $8.00 for every 5 minutes that you’re late.
